Cook's Meeting Thursday 7:00pm We'll be tagging meat

at the meeting. If you aren't ready then,

we'll tag it whenever you arrive...anytime

before 7:00pm on Friday. Please bring

your briskets to the outdoor kitchen by the

barn for tagging and to pick up your

competition containers.

Friday 6:00pm - gate opens, remove all vehicles

from the cook-off grounds to the parking

area.

7:00-10:00 ribs available to the public

8:00pm - Hayride

Saturday Breakfast available from the Lion's Club

6:00 - 10:00 am

12:00 noon - gate opens, remove all

vehicles from the cook-off grounds to the

parking area.

12:00 noon - ?? ribs available to the public

12:00 noon - turn in GUMBO
